Google Play Store and Amazon App Store have great Black Friday app offers

If you’re doing a little online app shopping this Black Friday, the Play Store and Amazon App Store have some great deals for you. Both portals have tons of content at a discounted rate, and even offering some free content. The App Store is concentrating on offering discounted games, while the Play Store has a better variety.

Google Play

For those who use a Kindle device, games are the goal for Amazon this Black Friday. Ranging from $0.99 to $3.99, everything from classic console titles to subtle time wasters are available. Here’s a rundown of the games available for the US:

TMNT: Rooftop RunBattle Bears FortressQuellAngry Birds SpaceAngry Birds Space HDBloons TD 5Sonic The HedgehogHamboFruit Ninja

The Play Store has a wider variety of apps on offer, though not quite as many games. For our money (or lack of, when considering free apps), the Play Store has a better compliment of apps for sale. The Play Store list, for your app purchasing pleasure:

VidTrim ProAgentInstaplaceOfficeSuite Pro 7Smart IR RemoteBeyond PodRoByte Roku remoteReddit ProBattery Widget RebornAnamoly KoreaRipTide GP2Amazing SpidermanHeavy SwordVirtual Tennis ChallengeOrder & ChaosNeed for Speed: Most Wanted

This perhaps highlights the real prowess of the Play Store versus the App Store, with apps such as Agent VidTrim Pro. The Kindle is meant for media consumption, though, so we won’t fault it too much. Either way you go, both have great offers, which should sneak a few bucks away from you this Black Friday.

A problem for Android is the great success of Samsung?

By Gabriel Manceau 31 May 2013

Samsung and Android would be the best friends in the world ? The question seems more complex than it seems, and it is an interview that Sundar Pichai, patron of the mobile OS from Google replied that the success of Samsung is no problem, despite the questions and fears that could have that dominance.

Samsung contributes enormously to the success of Android is a good thing, but the saturation of the market by the manufacturer brings us a little more variety would like. If other manufacturers such as Sony, HTC, and LG offer good products, they are as insignificant compared to the importance taken by the Korean manufacturer. But Sundar Pichai, seems not worried in this respect:

"they are very close partners and we have a very close cooperation with them. We owe them, because they have greatly contributed for the success of Android [...] We work closely with them, and we want to continue this way.

Samsung Android Lénorme succès de Samsung est il un problème pour Android ?The market is dominated by Samsung and Android.

Sundar Pichai is trying to work when it comes to software and hardware work perfectly together even when compared to Microsoft and Intel, which in the same way. It also shows that the two companies next month working on products for the 12 to 18 and it come on the market. Of course, we think a nexus 5, could not completely excluded manufactured by the Korean brand, although a new Nexus tablet...

The collaboration between Samsung and Android is very good and the associated products only as well. But other manufacturers have much to offer and was diversity always good for innovation. If we know that the Korean brand would more money with mobile OS that Google WINS, more competition not to harm. What do you think of this situation?
