TweetDeck will cease to function, will be removed from the Google Play on May 7, 2007

Starting from April, the TweetDeck app for Android (and iOS) will cease to function, and then delete the Google Play on the same day. This comes as a surprise to those who saw the first news already in the beginning of March, but the shutdown due to Twitter API v1.0, which TweetDeck applications rely on the operation of retirement. Twitter, which has been owned by TweetDeck in mid-2011, has decided to retire from the apps, instead of that the engineer to work on the updated API.

Its overall effort to slow down the development of third-party clients and encourages users to use the official Twitter client, because the writing was on the wall of TweetDeck's shutdown. TweetDeck after April is a web-app, which will continue to support the Twitter alive one piece. If you are still in the TweetDeck user, you might want to start looking for a replacement option. Fortunately, there are a lot of great choices out there.
